GEM Member Ride-In™ Registration For 2025

Pre-Registration for the 2025 Ride-In™

Step 1:  Select your Ride-In™ registration options.

• GEM – GEM  member registration.  GEM members receive a 10% discount on registration and T-Shirt.
• Select Yes or No to purchase a banquet ticket.  Banquet tickets are not sold at the Ride-In™.
• Select your chapter name or Unaffiliated if you do not participate with a chapter.
• Select the number of Ride-In’s you have attended prior to this year.

Step 2: Enter your member number and Expiration date in the fields provided. Member number is located on your WOW Membership portal page, or your membership card or WOW Magazine Address label. New members without numbers, enter “NEW”

Step 3: Optional — Enter Name you wish to be on your name tag and/or any dietary restrictions for banquet purposes.

Step 4: Add your registration to the cart

Step 5: To register additional GEM members, clear your selections and choose registration options for GEM member. Add their registration to your cart. Each time you select a new registration, you will need to add it to your cart,

Step 6: T-shirts can be ordered by clicking “Continue to Shop” at top right of cart to return to the registration screen;

when back on registration screen, click My Account twice to reach member Portal, click on membership page in left column to view the resource list on the right.

Click 2025 Ride-In T-Shirt and complete the fields and add to cart.

Then click Checkout to process payment

Step 6: To register your support or child members, you must logon as the support or child member.  Please do NOT register them under your GEM logon.

**If you are not a member,

• 1-you can register as a non-member which includes one year of membership
• 2-enter New in the member number field

Before you checkout make sure all the items in your cart are correct.
